Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Oracle Fate iOS application and this website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

What Oracle Fate is — and is not

Oracle Fate offers astrology-based readings, predictions, and guided practices for reflection, inspiration, and entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind — medical, psychological, financial, legal, or otherwise. Visions and readings are interpretive, not factual claims about the future. Every decision you make remains yours, and we are not liable for actions you take based on content in the app.

If you are experiencing a crisis or need professional help, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services — not the Oracle.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Oracle Fate.
Provide accurate birth data — readings are only as true as the sky they are cast from.
You are responsible for keeping access to your Apple account secure. One account per person.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you commit.
Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel anytime in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to your use of the app, and these terms supplement it.

Your content

The notes, conversations, and files you add to your vault remain yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process them solely to provide the service — for example, sending relevant context to our AI provider to generate your readings. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Do not use the app to harass others or to store unlawful content.
Do not resell, scrape, or systematically extract content from the service.

Intellectual property

The Oracle Fate name, sigil, app, generated imagery styles, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. Personal, non-commercial sharing of your own readings and posters (for example, sharing a Vision card to social media) is welcome.

Service changes and availability

We work to keep the Oracle available day and night, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Features may evolve, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Oracle Fate is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we will update this page and note it in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
